Many of the rulers , left to themselves , would ultimately line themselves with the people and if they hesitated to do so , , the pressure from below would soon induce them to change their minds . अगर इन रजवाड़ों को यूं ही रहने दिया जाय , तब इनमें बहुत-से जनता के साथ हो जायेंगे और अगर ये ऐसा करने में तनिक भी झिझक , तब नीचे से आनेवाला जनता का दवाब इन्हें अपने सोचने के तरीके को बदलने के लिए मजबूर कर देगा .
